We have various machines and instruments for product inspection.
Products are manufactured step by step according to operating
flow charts specially formulated for each particular item.
All our products have obtained CE approval, FCC approval
and PTT approval of different countries such as Sweden,
Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Saudi Arabia, U.S.A., Egypt,
India and China.

Shipping
Shipping Orders
Most orders are shipped from our Rydalmere warehouse in Sydney

Lead Time & Packing
Flexiglow incorporates a state-of-the-art Economic Stock Buffering system, ensuring minimal turnaround time for orders.
Orders are either Air-Freighted or Shipped, according to customer request.
Lead Time is dependant on nature of order.
Acceptance of Orders
We value your order, and we
know that once you have placed an order, you value a supplier
you can rely on. We will always do our utmost to meet your
order, and it is extremely rare that we cannot accept an
order. In such an occurrence, you will be notified as soon
as possible, after you have received the automated order
confirmation-of-receipt.
Product
Warranty
Due to our strict quality control measures, products returns
are rare. In the case of a defective product we will replace
it immediately on return to us.
Should a manufacture defect be brought to our attention
we endeavour to replace the product as expediently as possible.
Warranty period of products vary from product to product.
Warranty against manufacture defect becomes effective from
date of product purchase by end customer. Hence, we encourage
our distributors to maintain complete sale records to end
consumer.
